ADMHS NHS Chapter Eligibility
In order to be eligible to participate in the selection process, students must meet the following requirements:
- Junior (11th grade) or Senior (12th grade)
- Minimum GPA of 3.500, weighted, but not rounded (Scholarship)
- Must have been a student at ADMHS a minimum of 1 semester
- You will be sent an invitation sometime in the first two months of the school year if you meet the GPA requirement. (Follow the instructions in the invitation to apply.)
- NOTE: Returning seniors do NOT need to reapply but must maintain the required 3.500 GPA.
New Membership
- We accept applications through our Resume Google Form (this will be emailed to you if you are eligible).
- You must be logged into your Wake County email to have access to the form; you might need to logout of any personal email.
- Services & Activities Form (only to be used for applications; this is NOT the service hours log!)
- Review the ADMHS By-Laws before submitting your Resume Google Form.
- Completion of the Resume Google Form with the Services & Activities Form included must be completed by the due date listed in your invitation email.
- Appeal Forms must be submitted within 1 week of receiving a nonselection letter.
